This New Moon Healing Circle is a supportive, heart-centered gathering designed to help you calm your nervous system, reflect on where you are, and gently set intentions for the new lunar cycle ahead.
Together, we’ll move through guided meditation, reflective practices, and a deeply restorative soundbath, creating space to release what no longer serves and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
