Everything is Energy and chakra clearing and crystal healing is basically a transference of energy that results in a more stable state of being. In the Ayurvedic tradition, Chakra is a Sanskrit term for ‘wheel’. Each of these energy centers spin at their own frequency which creates light that supports our auric fields. Each Chakra is connected to different physical and energetic aspects of the body and is noted for the color at which its frequency vibrates. Higher frequencies vibrate in cooler colors with Violet, Indigo, Blue, and Green. Lower frequencies vibrate at the warmer end of the spectrum with Yellow, Orange, and Red .The Chakras and layers of the aura are closely related to our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. The therapeutic benefits of working with aura, soma essences, and nature’s crystals can result in changes that come from deep within. Reiki is (ray-key) is a Japanese practice that promotes healing and relaxation. It is based on the idea of transformation of “life force energy”. In the law of physics, energy is never lost, it is only transferred from one place to another. It is a beautiful hands-on healing art offering beneficial calming, balancing, and stress-reducing effects. Reiki is a great way to “tune-up” your health and well-being.
