January has always felt different to me.
Not in the “new year, new goals” kind of way — but in the quieter, deeper way a tide shifts under the surface long before you ever see the waves change.
This January marks a profound turning point in my life and work.
After nearly a decade of creating and nurturing WeBreathe Wellness, I’m gently passing the Angel Wings into another’s capable hands and heart, and stepping into a new season — not away from my work, but into it in a more aligned, spacious, and intentional way. (more details on that transition coming soon…)
WeBreathe Wellness has been so much more than a physical place. It’s been a living, breathing home for healing. A sanctuary. A gathering place. A dream brought to life through community, courage, and countless conversations on couches and cushions.
Letting go of something you’ve built with love is never easy. It carries grief and gratitude all at once. But sometimes growth asks us to loosen our grip — not because something is wrong, but because something new is ready to be born.
And that’s what this season feels like for me: not an ending, but a becoming.
I’ve been listening closely to the quieter voice inside me — the one that speaks through restlessness, longing, and moments of deep clarity — and she has been guiding me here.
To the Outer Cape. To the woods and the sea. To a slower rhythm and a truer pace. To a deeper devotion to my own creative and healing path. I now live here where mornings begin with salt air and silence, and the ocean teaches me daily that strength and softness can coexist. Living here has returned me to myself in a way I didn’t even realize I needed. It has given me perspective, space, and breath.
From this place, my work is becoming more intimate, more focused, and more honest. This year, my focus is turning toward:
- my private 1:1 and group healing and coaching offerings
- writing and completing my next book
- leading intimate retreats in nourishing places
- speaking and teaching in rooms that invite deeper conversation
- offering trauma-informed somatic healing/EMDR & nervous system work
While my home base has shifted, my heart remains deeply connected to the WeBreathe community. I will continue on as a Mentor and a Member of the Collective to offer in-person sessions in Walpole a few days each month, as well as working with clients virtually from wherever you are.
And if you’re here on the Outer Cape, you’ll find me at Soul Alignment Studios in Eastham — a new, simple, sacred space created for deep healing, gentle restoration, and honest connection.
I used to believe that growth meant expansion. More events. More responsibility. More holding.
But growth also means refinement. Simplifying. Listening. Choosing alignment over attachment.
Winter teaches us this quietly….rooting down.
The trees don’t cling. The ocean doesn’t apologize for shifting. The land doesn’t explain itself.
It simply changes. And in that changing, life gathers itself for what’s next.
If you’re in your own season of transition — releasing, grieving, dreaming, wondering — I want you to know you’re not behind.
You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
January isn’t asking for perfection.
It’s inviting presence.
It whispers: What is ready to be released? What is asking to emerge? What are you finally willing to choose for yourself?
I don’t have all the answers. But I do have a deeper trust. In timing. In truth. In gentle endings that make room for brave beginnings.
Thank you for walking with me through all the chapters so far. Thank you for trusting me with your stories. Thank you for being part of this unfolding.
Here’s to a year of softer hearts, braver choices, and truer lives.
With Love & Presence,
Jenn
