There’s a moment in every woman’s life when she hears it—a whisper so steady, so insistent, that it can no longer be ignored. A knowing. A calling. A soul truth rising up from beneath the noise.
I’ve come to call this a moment of “soul listening”—the space where we quiet the external noise and attune to the wisdom within. Where clarity begins not with striving, but with stillness.
For me, that voice has been growing louder over the last year. It didn’t shout or demand. It whispered gently: It’s time to root somewhere new for this next phase of growth. To soften. To expand. To honor what’s next.
And so, I listened. I’ve made the heart-led decision to relocate full-time to the Lower Cape this July, planting fresh roots in a place that mirrors the quiet beauty and spaciousness I’ve been craving.
The truth is, this move wasn’t just about geography—it was about energetic alignment.
The National Seashore holds a kind of wild, sacred stillness that speaks directly to my soul. A place where I feel held by nature, in a way that’s both grounding and expansive. The rhythm of the tides, the chorus of birds singing at dawn, the long, quiet walks through tree-lined trails—all of it nourishes me on a cellular level. It’s not just peaceful—it’s potent. Restorative. Alive.
As someone who holds space for others to heal, I need to be deeply resourced in order to do this work with integrity and presence and the lower Cape offers me that resource. It reminds me of who I am beneath the doing. It invites me to slow down, listen more, and trust the natural unfolding of things.
This landscape isn’t just beautiful—it’s medicine. And in this next season of my life and work, I’m committed to staying close to that medicine, while continuing to offer the same depth of care, insight, and soul-guided support to my clients and community.
This move isn’t about leaving something behind—it’s about living in alignment with the values I teach: rest, resonance, reciprocity, and reverence. It’s about honoring the sacred path my soul is asking me to walk.
And here’s what I want you to know:
The WeBreathe Wellness Center is Alive and Well!
Our thriving Collective of women entrepreneurs continues to hold down the energetic center of our Walpole space with creativity, integrity, and heart. We’ve built something bigger than any one person—this is a movement. A community. A circle of soul-led women showing up for themselves and one another.
I’ll still be seeing clients in person at WeBreathe on Wednesdays, offering my signature healing sessions—including Trauma-informed EMDR, Reiki, Sound + Vibration Therapy, Quantum Energy Healing, and Transformational Life Coaching.
And I’m also expanding my virtual practice, supporting clients from across the globe who are navigating trauma, burnout, transition, or the sacred unraveling that often precedes rebirth.
What’s Next?
In this season of deeper alignment, I’m:
• Writing my third book, focused on the truth behind the women’s empowerment movement and the healing power of authentic community
• Booking Speaking Engagements to share my story and inspire others to reconnect with their truth
• Leading Retreats with the next one in Costa Rica, March 2026—a soul alignment journey in one of the most vibrant, energetically alive places on Earth
I want to thank you—whether you’ve attended a retreat, worked with me privately, been part of the WeBreathe sisterhood, or simply witnessed my path—for walking alongside me.
This next chapter is about trusting the call, surrendering to the unfolding, and staying rooted in truth. Because when we listen deeply and say yes to our soul’s guidance, life expands in ways we never imagined.
With love and deep gratitude,
Jenn
