ROOTED & RISING is a live, online, small-group journey for people who are ready to feel steadier, calmer, and more embodied — without pushing, fixing, or forcing themselves to heal.
This is not self-improvement.
It’s a return.
To the body.
To truth.
To a steadier way forward.

Here, we start with safety.
Because when the nervous system feels safe, the body naturally knows how to soften, release, and reorganize.

No requirement to share or go deeper than your body is ready for.
This journey is guided by my signature approach — the Rooted Regulation Method — a trauma-informed, body-led pathway designed to support real integration, not temporary relief.
Over six weeks, we move through three intentional phases:
Stabilizing the nervous system and restoring internal safety
• Slowing before solving
• Grounding in the body
• Releasing pressure around healing
Gently unwinding survival patterns held beneath the surface
• Choice-based, consent-led practices
• No forced catharsis
• Respect for timing and capacity
Integrating clarity, agency, and embodied forward movement
• Living from steadiness rather than survival
• Trusting inner signals
• Sustainable change that lasts
This work is slow — because slow is what lasts.

Each week, we meet live in a professionally held, trauma-informed container.
This journey includes:
• Weekly 60-minute live Zoom sessions
• Nervous-system-aware somatic practices
• Gentle, accessible education (no overwhelm)
• Meditation, breathwork, and sound used intentionally
• Reflective journaling + integration prompts
• Optional, choice-based sharing
• Simple home practices (10–15 minutes/day)
• Session replays available for the duration of the program

The first 6 participants will receive my Nervous System Regulation Guide — a practical resource you can return to anytime for grounding, regulation, and real-life integration.
This timing is intentional — a gentle reset at the start of the week to help you move forward feeling regulated, clear, and supported.
Group size is intentionally limited to 12 participants to ensure high-touch, attuned facilitation.
